GROUND TURKEY MEATLOAF 
1-1/4 pound ground turkey
1 medium onion, chopped
1/3 cup carrot, chopped fine
1/2 cup zucchini squash, chopped fine
2 large garlic cloves, chopped fine
2 tablespoons dried basil
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon oregano
1-1/2 tablespoons steak sauce
1 egg white
2-1/2 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly. Prepare a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Spoon turkey mixture into loaf pan and bake at 350°F for approx 30 minutes. Check to see if done, if not lower temperature to 300°F and bake for approximately 15 minutes more.

Serve with noodles, vegetables and salad.

I omitted season salt, used wheat saltines for the bread, and added some peppers from the garden. This recipe was the best meatloaf I ever made...Or had! YUMMILIOUS!

I made this last nite is it was delicious. I omitted the seasoned salt and the dijon mustard and added a package of Turkey Meatloaf Mix (seasoning). Instead of chopped carrots I add shredded carrots. Mmmm... So yummy to my tummy.:-P
