GROUND TURKEY MEATLOAF | |
1 lb. ground turkey 1/3 to 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs, fine 1/3 c. crumbled saltines 2/3 c. milk 2 eggs 1/2 sm. to medium onion, quartered 2/3 tsp. salt 1/3 tsp. poultry seasoning In blender, blend milk, eggs, onion, and seasonings. Put meat-crumbs in bowl. Pour liquid over and mix. Put in 4 3/4 x 8 3/4 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until done. |
