YEAST BUTTER ROLLS | |
1 pkg. yeast 1 c. lukewarm water 2/3 c. melted butter 4 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. sugar 3 eggs 1 tsp. salt Mix all ingredients. Put in greased bowl. Set in refrigerator overnight. Divide in 3 parts. Roll each to 1/4 inch on floured board. Cut into rolls. (Drinking glass works well). Let rise 3 to 4 hours. Bake 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees in greased pan. Brush tops with butter before serving. |
