BUTTER RICH DINNER ROLLS 
2 pkgs. yeast

Soften yeast in:

1/3 c. warm water

Then:

1 c. scalded milk

Add to scalded milk:

1 stick butter (to melt)

Then add:

1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt

Cool to lukewarm. Then add to yeast mixture. Add:

2 eggs

Stir well and slowly add:

About 4 1/2-5 c. flour

Knead well until smooth and satiny, about 5 minutes. Grease large bowl. Turn dough so it is coated on both sides. Cover with tea towel and let rise until doubled in size. Punch down and make out rolls. Let rise and then bake at 400 degrees for about 12 minutes. Brush with butter while hot.
