BAKED STUFFED TOMATOES 
6 med. to lg. tomatoes (rather firm)
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. cooked rice
1 sm. onion, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Scoop tomatoes, cut small tomato meat. Cook onions until tender, add meat seasoning, and rice. Mix in tomatoes scooping. Fill each tomato. Place in baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
