EASY KEY-LIME PIE 
1 graham cracker crust
1 14-oz can Carnation sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lime juice
2 cups Cool Whip

Mix milk and lime juice until combined. Chill until set. Top with Cool Whip, either entire pie or a dollop for each slice.

Recipe can easily be doubled for a fuller pie.

This was so easy and quick to make. Tasted great too! The only thing I would do next time is to make sure I doubled the recipe as the original amount only filled about half the pie crust. I added whip cream to the rest of the pie crust on top and it was spectacular anyway!

We double this to fill the store bought graham cracker crust. If you have a little left over, pour into a dessert dish and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs or any good cookie crumb. We prefer real whipped cream or even the spray whipped cream as a garnish.

This is far and away the best key lime pie I have ever made. I've tried other involved ones that involve a lot of ingredients such as eggs and egg whites. They take too much time and are not nearly as good tasting as this simple, delicious recipe is. I can not recommend this recipe enough! Thank you for posting it here.
