SOUR CREAM PEACH PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. fresh peaches, sliced
unbaked pie shell

In a bowl, combine sugar, flour and salt. Add sour cream, egg and vanilla and mix well. Place peaches in pie shell and cover with sour cream mixture.

Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F and bake for another 30 minutes.
