Transfer mixture into a cookie press and press out onto a cookie sheet which has been sprayed with non-stick spray.

Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.

Place extra sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and roll the baked cookies in sugar mixture while they are still hot.
