APPLE OATMEAL CRISP 
1 1/2 lb. apples, sliced (4 or so apples)
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Arrange sliced apples in casserole in dish. Add sugar, oatmeal, flour and cinnamon to melted butter and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples.

Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes.

This is a great recipe! I made this with apples from my tree and it turned out perfect! The apples were still firm, but they absorbed the sugar nicely and the oatmeal was very flavorful. I would definitely make this again!
