FRESH PINEAPPLE APPLE CAKE 
1 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 2/3 cups sugar
2/3 cup crushed pineapple with juice
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2/3 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups peeled tart apples (cubed)

Combine oil, eggs, sugar, pineapple in large bowl. Mix in remaining ingredients, then apples. Bake at 350°F in greased and floured 10-inch tube pan for 1 hour.

Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar on top, lightly. Cool 15 to 20 minutes.
