APPLE PINEAPPLE CAKE | |
1 (20 oz.) can apple pie filling 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with its own juice 1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix 2 sticks butter, sliced 3/4 c. coconut, grated Spread pie filling in 9"x12" baking dish. Pour in pineapple with its juice. Spread evenly, but don't mix the apple and pineapple. Crumble cake mix on top. Slice butter and cover top of cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle coconut on top and return to oven for 20 minutes or until coconut browns. Serve warm. Ice cream, optional. |
