SWEET AND SALTY GRILLED
PINEAPPLE SALSA
 
Morton® Fine Sea Salt blends seamlessly into this irresistible salsa, and brings out the fresh flavors. Great as a dip, or as a garnish for fish and chicken!

1 cup fresh Pineapple, cut into rings
1 teaspoon Jalapenos, diced
1/2 teaspoon Garlic, chopped
1/2 cup Tomatoes, diced
1/2 teaspoon Morton® Fine Sea Salt
2 teaspoons Honey
1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
1 Tablespoon Cilantro, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons Olive Oil

Grill your pineapple rings until caramelized and golden, about 3 minutes per side.

Dice the grilled pineapple (enough for 1 cup of diced pineapple).

Combine the diced pineapple, jalapenos, garlic, tomatoes, and salt and mix well.

Add the honey, lime juice, cilantro and olive oil and stir until combined.

Chef's Suggestion: This salsa works great as a dip or served as a relish over fish and chicken.

Makes 6-8 (2 cups) servings.
