SHIRLEY'S DRY BBQ RUB 
1/2 cup ground cumin
1/2 cup paprika
1/2 cup granulated garlic
1/2 cup granulated onion
1/2 cup chili powder
1/4 cup sea salt
1/4 cup celery salt
1/8 cup ground red pepper (or to taste)
1/8 cup ground white pepper
1/4 cup ground black pepper
1/2 cup thyme
1/8 cup ground mustard
1 cup brown sugar

Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl and mix together well. Store in airtight container.

To Use: Sprinkle meat with enough to cover generously (store the remainder for next time).

Rub and press the mixture over meat. Wrap meat in foil and store in refrigerator overnight.

Try sprinkled over popcorn.

This is a really great rub, a little too much thyme for my taste but that should stop no one from making this one and serving it up to loved ones. As always, make it as it is written here and see how you like it, then tweak it acordingly.
