4 lbs. mashed potatoes 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 c. sour cream 2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 clove garlic, crushed 1/4 c. chives, chopped 1/2 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. butter Mix potatoes, cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper, and garlic. Stir in chives; sprinkle with paprika and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Nice to serve for that company dinner. | |

Great recipe. We added one beaten egg to the above ingredients. We greased a 9 x 13 casserole dish with butter, then placed in the fridge overnight. We cooked these Thanksgiving day, one of our favorites we've tried.
