EASY GOULASH | |
This was a recipe we used growing up. I tried using no-name products but it just wasn't the same. We never measured how much mac we used. We were a family of six with a huge pot of Goulash with no leftovers! :) 5 generations have used this recipe. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did! 1 lb. lean ground beef 1 onion, chopped 1 can tomato soup (Campbell's) 1 soup can ketchup (Heinz) salt, to taste garlic, to taste elbow macaroni Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain. Add salt. Add tomato soup. I use the empty can of soup to measure ketchup. Turn heat down and simmer. While sauce is simmering, cook macaroni. Don't forget to stir sauce once in a while. Drain noodles when cooked. Add sauce and stir well. |
