QUICK AND EASY GOULASH 
1 lb. ground beef
Chopped onion
Chopped green pepper
1 qt. canned tomatoes
8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 c. elbow macaroni
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Brown meat and drain. Add onion and pepper; cook. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil then simmer, covered, until macaroni is done, about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally while cooking.

This was quite delicious. I added Lawry's seasoning salt and instead of just plain diced tomatoes I used Italian style diced tomatoes. I did leave out green peppers since none of us can stand them.

Oh, Yummy!! So easy, and so delicious!! (The hardest part was being able to smell it and not taste it till it was done cooking). I did leave out the sugar, since I am diabetic, and used tomato juice instead of tomato paste. What a great dish-even better than the goulash I had years ago!
