CHUCK ROAST IN FOIL 
1- 3 to 4 lb. beef chuck roast (round or shoulder)
1- envelope dry onion soup mix
1- 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

Mix.

Place roast in a large rectangle of heavy duty aluminum foil. Sprinkle with onion soup mix, top with soup. Wrap foil around roast. Place in Dutch oven or any heavy baking pan.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes per pound.

Yield 8 to 10 servings.
