ALASKAN LOWBUSH BLUEBERRY PIE 
1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked

Spread in crust:

2 c. blueberries

Refrigerate until well chilled. Simmer:

2 more cups blueberries
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt

For about 7 minutes or until thick. Remove from heat. Mix in 1 1/2 tablespoon Grand Marnier and 1 1/2 tablespoon butter. Let cool. Pour sauce over berries in pie crust. Refrigerate until well chilled. Serve with whipped cream.
