BLUEBERRY SWIRL PIE | |
1/2 c. melted butter 1/2 c. oatmeal 3/4 c. flour 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1/2 c. boiling water 1 can (21 oz.) blueberry pie filling 1 pkg. (4 serving size) lemon Jello 1/2 c. sour cream Combine first 5 ingredients together and press into 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool. Combine Jello and boiling water until dissolved. Add blueberry pie filling mix and then place into refrigerator until somewhat firm. Pour partially firmed filling into pie shell and drop sour cream onto pie and swirl into pie. Return to refrigerator and let harden. |
