1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. milk
1 can minestrone soup
1 med. onion
3-4 potatoes (peeled & sliced)

Brown hamburger and onion; drain. Mix soups. Add potatoes and milk; mix well. Bake in greased casserole at 350 degrees for 1 hour, if potatoes are not cooked. Bake 30-45 minutes if you are using cooked potatoes.
