1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion
2 c. raw diced potatoes
1 can minestrone soup
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
Salt and pepper

Brown hamburger with onion. Combine with rest of ingredients. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
