EASY OVEN BAKED HASH BROWNS 
4 red potatoes
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Chop potatoes in whatever thickness you want. I usually just cut them in half, then cut 3 times then across 5 times for thick hash browns.

Put the potatoes in a mixing bowl. Put in olive oil and mix really good. Then mix in the garlic, onion powder and rosemary and mix really good.

Pour onto a baking sheet and bake at 350°F until potatoes are brown.

Season with salt and pepper, and paprika if you like.
