EASY PARTY SAUSAGE NACHO CHEESE
DIP
 
2 (2 lb. ea.) blocks Velveeta cheese
1 (1 lb.) pkg. bratwurst (I use Johnsonville)
1 (12 oz.) can Rotel diced tomatoes w/ green chilies
1 Crock-Pot
1 cup milk (or more)

Put Crock-Pot on HIGH. Cut both blocks of Velveeta cheese into small squares and put in Crock-Pot. Add a cup of milk. Open can of Rotel and add to Crock. Stir and cover. Wait till cheese melts.

Cut bratwurst and remove lining and cook sausage in skillet till brown then add to Crock-Pot. Stir occasionally till all cheese is melted. Add additional milk to reach desired thickness of cheese.

Set Crock-Pot to warm and enjoy!
