favorite sugar cookie dough (I use Pillsbury)
big or small frying pan

Place dough in refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Roll into 2-inch balls, then flatten to a nice flat circular sugar cookie size. Place in pan on a medium high burner, and grill plain till lightly brown and nicely warm. The outside is nicely crisp, while the middle melts in your mouth.

Variations: Add cinnamon chips to the dough, then grill. YUM! Serve grilled sugar cookie with a frozen banana; so good!!
