SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
4 lb. spare ribs (or 2 large pork tenderloins, cut into rounds)
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. oil

Trim as much visible fat from ribs or sinew from tenderloins. Place in bowl and add beaten eggs. Mix until coated evenly, Add flour and mix again to coat. Brown in fry pan. While the meat is browning, cook sauce.

SAUCE:

1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. steak sauce (HP brown)
2/3 cup vinegar
3/4 cup water
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch

Combine all but water and cornstarch in a saucepan and heat. Mix cornstarch with water and add to boiling mixture. Stir constantly and cook until clear and bubbly.

Arrange browned meat in casserole dish. Pour sauce evenly over meat.

Bake uncovered at 325°F for one hour. Serve with your favorite rice.
