EASY SWEET AND SOUR PORK CHOPS
I serve this with white rice and green beans. This makes a nice sauce to put over rice.

6 to 8 boneless pork cops
1 env. dry onion soup mix (Lipton)
1 (16 oz.) jar apricot jelly (regular or sugar-free)
1 (16 oz.) bottle Catalina dressing (regular or fat-free)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Spread entire jar of apricot jelly in a 13x9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle onion soup mix evenly over jelly. Place pork chops on top of mixture. Completely cover with Catalina dressing.

Bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes or until cooked through.

Serves 3 to 4.
