SWEET AND SOUR PORK CHOPS 
1 bouillon cube (beef)
1 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. chopped onion
8 oz. can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 green pepper, sliced
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. water
6 pork chops

Brown pork chops and add 1 cup water, bouillon cube, vinegar, sugar, onion, pineapple, soy sauce, and green pepper. Cook and simmer for 1 hour. Then add cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water until clear. Serve over rice.
