I have a problem with the vinegar, what kind is used? I have been told that white vinegar is to harsh and to use palm vinegar not white vinegar. What is your input on this.

Fantastic recipe. For those who do not like the high salt content in Soy Sauce... there is now a substitute for Soy - which I use all the time... Coconut Liquid Amino's... found bottled near the Soy Sauce in stores. Brand name "Bragg"... You cannot tell the difference!
