SWEET & SOUR BBQ PORK CHOPS 
4 to 6 pork chops
1 (16 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce (regular or onion)
4 to 6 tbsp. brown sugar (1 tbsp. per pork chop)

Put pork chops in a large enough pan or electric skillet. Add one tablespoon of brown sugar on top of each pork chop. Cover pork chops with entire bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce.

Simmer for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours, turning once or twice

Note: This can also be done in a Crock-Pot on LOW for 6-8 hours.

Serves 4 to 6.
