DAVE'S SWEET AND SOUR PORK CHOPS 
8 boneless pork loin chops
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. dried garlic flakes
1/2 c. pineapple juice
8 pineapple rings for garnish

Mix together the brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic and pineapple juice. Put the pork chops in a large Ziploc bag and pour the juice over them. Let them sit in the refrigerator overnight.

Preheat the outside grill. Remove chops from bag and place on the grill. Grill for about 6 minutes and then turn them over and place one pineapple ring on each chop and grill for another 5 minutes. Serve with corn on the cob and scalloped potatoes.
