DRUMSTICK - RICE BAKE 
1 c. reg. rice
1/4 env. dry onion soup mix
6-8 chicken legs
1 soup can water
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup

Grease large casserole and put in rice. Top with onion soup and chicken. Pour mixture of soup and water over all. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours or at 350 degrees about 1 1/2 hours. 6-8 servings.

Made this dish tonight for dinner. Cooked at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours and turned out perfectly. I used the whole envelope of dry onion soup mix and cream of celery soup. I think you could also use cream of chicken soup if you prefer. It's better to put all ingredients in first before chicken and mix them slightly then put chicken legs in and roll them to coat in the mixture. I also added a clove of garlic diced and sprinkled on top. Turned out very very well. A perfect amount of flavor, perfect consistency and the chicken was very moist. Would recommend for any potluck dinner.
