POTATO AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
4-5 large potatoes, sliced
12 oz. Velveeta cheese, grated
1 jar Hormel real bacon bits
1 small onion, grated
8 oz sour cream
1 tsp fresh chives
1 tsp paprika
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup water

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine potatoes, onion, cheese and bacon bits in a large bowl. Add paprika, chives, salt, pepper, and sour cream and toss well.

Place all ingredients in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and pour 1 cup of water over it.

Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes or until browned.

I've made this a few times and it is great however I've found this turns out best with very thinly sliced potatoes and 3/4 cup water, not a full cup. Very tasty recipe!
