BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS IN RICE 
6 chicken breasts
1 c. rice, med. grain
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans water

Put rice and dry onion soup mix in flat baking dish. Add 1 cup water and stir. Lay chicken on top.

In a separate bowl mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 2 cans of water. Stir. Then pour over rice and chicken. Bake at 325°F for about 1 hour. Cover if it gets too brown. Pork chops can also be used instead of chicken.

I just prepared it, and I put it in the oven. It looked so yummy and I cant wait to eat it. I like that its at 325°F and will take awhile to cook, because it will be ready when my husband gets home from work :)
