TUNA ZUCCHINI QUICHE 
2 c. shredded zucchini
3/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 cans tuna, drained
4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed

Mix zucchini with 1/2 teaspoon salt, let stand 15 minutes. Drain and pat dry. Combine zucchini with remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt and all other ingredients. Mix well. Pour in greased 10" quiche pan or 9" deep dish pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes.
