BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS WITH RICE 
4 chicken breasts, split and skinned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
Minced garlic
butter
Salt and pepper
Minute Rice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Arrange 4 chicken breasts in casserole.

Salt and pepper chicken breasts.

Add small pat of butter on each piece.

Sprinkle with minced garlic.

Mix cream of chicken soup with milk and pour over and around chicken breasts.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15-30 minutes, depending on oven. Let chicken brown slightly on top.

While chicken is baking, prepare Minute Rice for 4 and set aside. When chicken is done, arrange rice in a large serving dish and place chicken on the rice and pour soup over all. Serves 4-6.
