MEATLOAF (COOKED ON TOP OF
STOVE)
 
1 lb. ground meat
1 clove garlic
1 sm. onion
1 egg
1/3 c. cracker crumbs
Salt and pepper

Mix together. Make 2 small loaves, flattened. Heat skillet with 1 tablespoons oil. Cover (watch closely). When brown, turn and cover, cook until done. Check in about 25 minutes for doneness. Use very low heat.
