Applesauce Bundt Cake

Yummy cake. It is so moist and tender. Quick and easy, too. Since I used unsweetened applesauce, I added a little extra sugar. I also used extra cinnamon because we really like cinnamon. I have a feeling this cake won't last long, but I have added it to my favorites list so we can make more.

I think I had about one tsp of cinnamon (whatever was left at in the container) which I mixed with a 1/4 cup brown sugar. Next time I'll use less sugar, since I don't like things too sweet, and I'll definitely try the spice cake mix as suggested previously. An easy dessert to make that tastes good. I think I'll be able to convince the kids to make me a cake since it's so simple.

This has been my husbands favorite cake for 38 years and now my Daughter-in-laws favorite cake too! I have made it for my husband recently with the sugar free cake mix. And you can't tell the difference between the original and the sugar free. Now that he has diabetics it's a great choice along with some whipped topping!
