CREAM CORN BREAD 
1 stick butter
2 c. Bisquick
2 eggs
1 can (8 oz.) creamed corn

In an 8x8 inch pan (I use glass) melt 1 stick of butter (must be butter). Mix in a bowl Bisquick, eggs and creamed corn. Pour mixture over butter but do not mix into butter. Bake at 350 degrees until brown. Cool slightly. Cut in squares and serve. Very rich.
