BUNDT APPLE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. apples, peeled & diced
1 c. nuts, chopped

Combine sugar, eggs, oil, vanilla and juice. Beat well. Then add flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Stir until lumps are gone. Add apples and nuts. Put into greased and floured Bundt cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour; if top is sticky leave in oven 10 minutes longer. Cool, remove. Serve as is.
