PEACH COBBLER | |
1 1/2 gal. canned sliced peaches 2 c. cake mix, white 1 c. flour 3 tbsp. vanilla 2 c. sugar 1 c. ice water 1 stick butter Cinnamon Drain the juice from peaches. Spray 9 x 13 inch casserole dish with Pam. Pour in the peaches. Mix flour and cake together. Pour over peaches and add vanilla and sugar. Over this pour about 1 cup ice water. Cut the stick of butter in pats and put over mixture. You may sprinkle cinnamon over it. Cook for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Makes 12 servings. |
