MACARONI AND GROUND BEEF
CASSEROLE
 
1/2 onion, chopped
Oil
1 lb. ground beef
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 tomato sauce can of water
Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper
12 oz. elbow macaroni

Saute onion in oil until it is transparent. Do not burn. Add ground beef and brown. Drain the grease. Add tomato sauce, water, cheese, salt and pepper. Cook on low to medium heat (simmering slowly) for 1 hour. Cook macaroni. Drain and combine with the sauce.
