1 cup plus 2 tbsp. water (70-80°F)
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 cups bread flour
2 tsp. active dry yeast (or equivalent)

In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Bake in bread machine.

Makes 1 loaf.
