DEEP FRIED MUSHROOMS 
Mushrooms
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. beer
Salt to taste
Flour
Cracker crumbs, ground fine

Mix eggs, beer, milk and salt. Dip mushrooms in eggs, roll in flour, dip in eggs. Roll in crumbs. Deep fry until brown and crusty. Serve with white horseradish sauce.

I was looking for outbacksteakhouses 'shroom recipe and found this one. It was delicious. I used evaporated milk and ritz crackers. I also tried it with onions and it was great. Good and crispy. I tried it with only once rolling it in flour and then twice but found the final cracker roll was what made it the best.
