Grease a 2 quart casserole baking dish. Spread a layer of Doritos, next meat mixture, another layer of Doritos, meat mixture, etc. until all is used up, ending with meat mixture on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until heated through and bubbly brown on top. Take out and spread the grated cheese on top. Return to oven until cheese is melted.
