HEATHER'S VEGETABLE CREAM CHEESE
DIP
 
This dip goes great with chips, and crackers!

2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 (10 oz. ea.) cans Rotel tomatoes with green chilis (you can use different flavors if desired)
1 env. dry vegetable soup mix (Lipton is best but any works)

In a large microwaveable bowl cut cream cheese into chunks. Pour dry vegetable soup mix over cream cheese. Open both cans of Rotel, drain and pour over cream cheese.

Place in the microwave for about 5 minutes (may vary according to your microwave). Stir really good until creamy. You may need to place back in the microwave for a few minutes to finish.

Get your favorite chip, dip and enjoy!!!
