EASY BROWN RICE 
1 or 2 cups white rice (not instant)
1 (10 oz.) can beef consomme soup
1 (10 oz.) can French onion soup
1 (6 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms (Del Monte or Green Giant)
butter

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Pour rice in bottom of a casserole dish, add soups and mushrooms with juice. Place pats of butter all over top of rice, cover with foil.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until rice is tender.
