PECAN BROWN RICE 
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 to 2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. brown rice (about 2 1/2 to 3 c. cooked)
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. diced celery
1 1/2 c. chopped green onions
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Brown pecans in oil. Add cooked rice and stir until light brown. Stir in mushrooms, celery and green onions. Cook 1 to 2 minutes. Mix in soy sauce.
