MINESTRONE SOUP 
1 can kidney beans
1 can chick peas
1 can flat Italian green beans
1 can tomatoes, cut up
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
A few noodles (if desired)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder (to taste)
2 tsp. Italian seasonings (to taste)
Bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste
4-6 c. beef broth made from beef stock base or similar product
Meat - 3/4 lbs. ground beef, browned (or left-over beef roast and gravy can be
added)

16 ounce cans; also put in the liquid in the cans.

Combine above and cook! This can be cooked all day in crock pot or several hours in soup pot on stove. Give flavors time to blend.
