ROASTED RANCH CHICK PEAS 
1 env. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dry mix
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans chick peas (garbanzo beans)

Drain and rinse chick peas and dry with paper towel.

Put chick peas in gallon Ziploc style bag, add olive oil, and shake to coat. Add ranch mix and shake to coat. Empty on rimmed baking sheet.

Bake at 400°F for about 40 minutes until lightly browned and crispy.
