POT ROAST DINNER IN FOIL 
3 lb. boneless chuck
3-4 med. potatoes, quartered
4 carrots, scraped and quartered
1-2 stalks celery, 1-inch pieces
1 env. dry onion soup mix

Place in center of a large piece of heavy duty foil, boneless chuck. Arrange the vegetables around meat; pour soup mix, dry, over meat and vegetables. Bring the ends of the foil together and make a double fold. Turn the ends in double folds and place seam side up in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2-3 hours.
